A long day...

Yesterday...
The day started in the afternoon... went to SP to get my car (the neglected wira) washed. Shopped for khalid's bday present while waiting. Then, head off to a gotel in PJ for K.ida's bday party with the fans. There were a few press in attendance. But the turnout? it was ok.. but they were late! The press only stayed for a while to get a few pics for their publications and went home... so they didn't see the real number of fans there.. and it started off very boring (whoever did the event planning and rundowns?!)... the hall was too big for the event so tables were too far away, creating distance although the main reason for the event was for k.ida to be close to the fans. the games held saved the day... only then did we hear people laughing and have fun. Then came the anti-climax... the 'bersanding' scene. There were no clear connections so it was lost in translation... the result of watching too many Razak Mohaidin's (and the likes) movies.. NO FLOW! But k.ida was happy coz her fans were there to celebrate... got lots of presents too. It's just i think k.ida deserves something better... it doesn't have to be big... just well planned and not too focused on the committees. Hmmm.. try harder next time.

6pm... head to KE's place for a rest & for K.ida to freshen up before goin for a show @ pyramid. I parked my car there & went with K.ida, hubby and daughter. Acting manager (hahaha!). Show was to start @ 9pm... but we hv to get there @8. so we were the 1st ones there. Then Bunkface came... (we were backstage of course.. btw it was a small space) as they walked in, i said "awalnya datang! korg kn show pukul 10.30" .. and yes, it was my 1st ever words to them hahaha! They were cool and frenly... "biasalah... kitorg berdisiplin, dtg 2 jam awal hehehe" that was the cute one speaking ;) They went out to get dinner. Then mila came... she is soooo small. It was the 1st time i met her.. OK la.. not too friendly... sort of minding her own business. Most Era DJs were there. Burn is so hot coz he's tall and all. Reza is kinda skinny... so is Nana. Jack Sparrow & Davy Jones were there... took 2 pics with Davy Jones... he is damn scarry! Diva n Erah arrived @9pm together with Ju & KZ.. & bunkface returned... so the backstage was cramped... took a pic with the boys (i can't resist the nakal boys :P) .. 9.15pm... showtime. Gud show, great crowd. K.ida's fans from the party were there too.. so it was loud.

After the show, Diva & erah went home. K.ida hung out for a while. Then walked out to her fans already waiting at her car... the hubby, AZ was already inside. Went to the car while K.ida was posing for pics.. told AZ "kita nk g redbox dpn tu tau lps ni..." he said "nak balik dh... xnak la g." and i thot k.ida already told him we planned a party that nite. so the 'pujuk-memujuk' between me & AZ went on... with some help from nyssa & Ju. Success! we had them for the nite! Off we went to redbox (after driving the car off and park somewhere else although the place is only 20meters away (for obvious reasons). There were nearly 20 people i guess... forgot to keep count. 11pm the staff brought in the cake... and we sung to the 3 december bday girls... KT, KI & JA. KT was really (seriously!) surprised with the present (she requested toywatch)... she got an LV handbag! (thnx to the Diva for adding to the pool). KI got a watch & JA got a platinum necklace with her birthstone. KI and JA went home before 1am. The rest... hahaha we stayed til about 4am! 6 hours of Karaoke (thnx to redbox for extending 3 hours FOC.. FYI the bill was RM867 for 3 hours). This time.. the closing song was wayyyy better than the last session (cinta antara benua!?!).. Sampai Menutup Mata.. time to head home and get some sleep.


Other things...
MrsMIA texted last nite... she's been MIA for a while. I don't want to text her.. just to respect the MIA thingy... she'll text when she feels like it. I just hope she'll be back for my bday.. that's one of my bday wishes. There are many frens... i've said it before i'm expecting 3 parties... having only two will not make me happy enuf.

About my bday... heard that i'll be getting a PSP for my bday ;) yeay! .. just make sure it has my favourite games on the memory stick... pls include Mario, Naruto, Tennis, and grand theft auto hehehe ;)

I'm crossing out PSP from my wishlist ;) btw, the real wish list was never revealed... my frens will know what i want coz they know me (i hope so). I wud like to see how much they know me... it will be good to know :) ... even if they don't know me that well, i'd still appreciate the effort and thoughtfulness ;) ... and i thank God for these friends i have :D
